ATLANTA, GA, February 16, 2023 /24-7PressRelease/ — Chicago Pacific Founders (CPF) and its subsidiaries, CPF Living Communities and Grace Management, Inc., announce the acquisition of Celebration Village Acworth, located in Acworth, Georgia, and Celebration Village Forsyth, located in Suwanee, Georgia.
Celebration Village Acworth and Celebration Village Forsyth will be managed by Grace Management, Inc., a nationally recognized leader in the delivery of senior living management services.
Celebration Village Acworth is located just 30 minutes outside of Atlanta, GA, in the town of Acworth. This quaint and quiet part of Georgia encompasses both an expanse of natural beauty and a burgeoning community of activity. Nicknamed “The Lake City,” Acworth is home to Lake Allatoona, Lake Acworth, and the Etowah River, all nestled in the foothills of the North Georgia Mountains. Celebration Village Acworth provides quality independent living, concierge living, assisted living, and memory care amenities and programming and will continue its full spectrum of services to its residents.
Celebration Village Forsyth is located in the charming neighborhood of Suwanee, Georgia, and is conveniently located near Suwanee Town Center Park and Buford Dam, and a short drive away from Atlanta, Georgia. Celebration Village Forsyth also provides quality independent living, concierge living, assisted living, and memory care amenities and programming and will continue its full spectrum of services to its residents.
Additional terms of the deal were not disclosed. Investments in the campus will serve to enhance the quality of life for all stakeholders – including residents, families, associates, andprospective residents across the area.
